In telling about the Rambos recording these songs written by Big Chief Wetherington, Jake Hess tells Bill Gaither on the Homecoming Tribute that the Statesmen didn't know about Dottie Rambo's songwriting at the time this album was done. He went on to say "she's turned out to be the greatest."
